Nice and plump at 7 months

Well, my pregnancy journey is slowly coming to an end. I can't believe that in less then 3 months I am going to be a mother to a beautiful little girl! AWWWW how scary :) Loren and I went this morning to go get another ultra sound because the technician did not get her heart as
well as she wanted to with the one a few months ago. The technician is so sweet as soon as we walked in she said she is going to take full advantage of doing a complete ultrasound and I will get new pictures. The first picture is her looking straight at you. The second is the side profile (I think she is gonna have a good size nose on her) The third picture is of her little foot which right now is 2 inches long. She currently weighs 2 lbs 10 oz and within the next 3 months she is going to gain approx 6 more lbs. It is amazing to me how it takes 7 months for them to weight almost 3 lbs but 3 months for them to gain 6 hehe.... Mommy on the other hand gained 5 lbs last month but we are not going to talk about that one.
In a few weeks I am going to go register for my baby shower and oh my god it is finally becoming reality for me. My sister gave me some clothes that she saved of Rachel's. One of them is the outfit she brought Rachel home in. My plan is to do the same with Addison. What a cute tradition that would be to start. Next I can pass it onto Amanda when she finally decides to have one.... Hint Hint... Also Lorens Aunt bought Addison her first outfit which is adorable with little duckies on it and the feets are just so small.
I should be doing the 3D ultra sound in a few weeks and get some even better pictures. Until then enjoy these ones of my little Addison James.

They are not the best pictures in the world. When I get more time I will scan them one at a time. The picture of the hand is where I started crying because she was moving it and waving at us :)

Pretty Princess cooking in the oven!

If you haven't guessed it from the title we are having a GIRL :) Loren and I went and did the ultrasound this morning and the technician is 95% sure. It was amazing seeing her look so real on the screen. Although she only weighs 12 ounzes and is about 10 inches long she was moving around like crazy. At one point she waved her hand at us and tears were rolling down my cheek. Then at that point she kicked my bladder (which if you don't know has to be full for the ultrasound) after that the crying stopped and I was thinking of putting her in time out in about 4 months.

I told the technician I felt a kick on the right side. She said that the legs are too small to feel a kick but her head is on that side and she probably head bunted me. (yep, deffinetly time out)

I have 3 ultrasound pictures that I will scan soon.

Names

I have my boy name pretty set. James Christopher after my dad who you all know passed away 2 years ago. It makes me a little sad lately to know that my child will never be able to meet such an awesome guy and one of the many people who made his/her Mom the person she is. I want to show pictures and talk about my Dad as much as I can so my memories can be his/her memories. (mostly the good ones I promise)

My girl name is a little undecided. Part of me would still like to name her after my Dad with Jamison Marie but I really like the name Addison Marie. Decisions Decisions!

Hopefully I don't change my mind too many times within the next 5 months haha...

On the side I posted a poll. I think it would be pretty cool to see how many of my friends and family would prefer a boy over a girl or vice versa! 12 more days :)

I have the day!

November 10th at 9:00 am we will see if my sweet little angel has his/her legs spread open ready for Mommy and Daddy to find out the gender. I am hoping for a boy. Loren says he wants a girl because they are a lot easier (then my Mom told him to remember who he is having this baby with and to note that there is nothing easy about my personality.) I had a drs. appointment yesterday and it was all very plain and simple. The heart beat was great, any questions???? Ok your good to go. I wish that I could have an ultrasound every time, that would be so cool!
So now we just wait......... Patiently to find out if I am going with all pink or all blue! Ok, yea I'm horrible and cannot wait to start shopping :)

It's official

I am 4 months exactly tomorrow. I decided to do this blogg because my Nana asked me too :) But also because I would love to keep my family informed on my new exciting journey. As most of you know this is my very first pregnancy and I cannot wait for it to be over. I hear all the time how its the best thing in the world but I just don't understand how they could love it so much. There is this beautiful little angel inside of me and I cannot wait to meet him/her. I wish it was already March 26th 2009 and I am holding my baby in my arms. Above is the babies first picture and next month I should have another one to post with he sex included!
